    David Butcher

    PRESIDENT & CEO

    With over 35 years of towing experience, David founded Road Runner in 1992. He holds a Class A CDL, is DCJS certified, and is an SHRP 2 TIM Instructor and Wreckmaster Level 6/7 Certified. David has led numerous strategic initiatives and held various professional roles, including past President of the Virginia Association of Towing and Recovery Operators.

    Lauren E. Johns

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Lauren brings a distinguished background in executive leadership, with extensive experience in public accounting, government contracting and the banking sectors for the last 25 years. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Lauren has led accounting and finance teams of all sizes to operational excellence and financial growth.  Lauren is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business, holds her DCJS and is the Treasurer for BENEFIT Live, an organization uniting people with music to raise funds & awareness for charities supporting children in Loudoun County, Virginia.  

  • Nakisha Dixon

    DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

    Nakisha Dixon is a seasoned Human Resources executive with more than 19 years of experience leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR strategy across private equity–backed organizations. She partners with CEOs, boards, and investors to align people strategy with enterprise value creation, including M&A integration and exit readiness.

    She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut, a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University, is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a Wharton-certified Chief Human Resources Officer. Nakisha is also a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, where she contributes thought leadership on HR strategy and organizational value creation.

  • Joe Giordano

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Joe Giordano serves as Chief Operating Officer of Valor Fleet Services, where he leads day-to-day operations across the company’s growing network. His focuses are integration, safety, compliance, customer experience, and operational performance as Valor scales its Mid-Atlantic platform. Joe holds an MBA from Cornell University and an MS in Business Analytics from Georgetown University.

    Joe brings nearly 20 years of experience in asset-heavy, DOT-regulated operations. He joined Valor from McLane Company, where he served as Senior General Manager of a large distribution division. Over his career, he has grown through leadership roles spanning transportation, fleet management, and supply chain, beginning his career behind the wheel as a delivery driver for UPS.

    Hannah Roane

    DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

    Since 2014, Hannah has progressed through several roles, culminating in her current leadership of sales, client relations, and contract management. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business management from Virginia Tech, Hannah holds DCJS, SHRP 2 TIM Instructor, and Towing and Recovery Operator Level I certifications.
